Welcome to Crimson. By accessing or using our website, services, or digital materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform or engaging with us.
Use of Our Website
Our website and all its content — including design, images, text, and case studies — are the intellectual property of Crimson. You may browse, share, or reference our work for personal or non-commercial use, but any reproduction, redistribution, or modification for commercial purposes is not allowed without our written permission.
Service Engagements
When entering a design collaboration or contracting us for services, a separate agreement (including timeline, deliverables, and fees) will be established between Crimson and the client. These terms will outline project scope, revision limits, payment structure, and ownership rights upon completion.
Payments & Billing
All payment terms are outlined in the agreed project proposal or invoice. We require timely payments based on project milestones or delivery stages. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Crimson retains the right to pause or terminate work if payment obligations are not met.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to the final approved deliverables. However, Crimson retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, social media, and promotional material unless agreed otherwise.
Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and any materials not selected remain the property of Crimson unless explicitly transferred.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us — through forms, emails, or discussions — will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of working together. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external resources or tools. Crimson is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites. You access them at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Crimson shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. While we aim for quality and reliability, outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
